Store Compliance

The key to improved store compliance is to make implementation as clear and simple as possible at branch level.

Promotional material must arrive on time;  too early and it will be lost, too late and the launch date will be missed, reducing impact and sales.

Supplying each branch only the information that it requires is key to ensuring that campaign execution is simplified.  One size does not fit all and time spent at branch level working out which promotional items match that branch’s assortment is time wasted.  It is bad for morale, bad for a company’s CSR ambitions and leads to lower compliance.
