Ian Hook

Managing Director

Ian joined Pierhouse in December 2003 and was appointed Finance Director in May 2004. He has previously worked in the media and IT sectors for both private and plc organisations, and his clients have included FTSE 500 companies, such as Royal Bank of Scotland, Accenture, Centrica and GUS.

Ian is experienced in both the commercial and operational aspects of business. In particular, he has been extensively involved in the structure of solutions and services that meet the clients’ business needs and objectives, and in the preparation of related service level agreements. One of Ian’s key areas of responsibility is to help communicate the real commercial value of our solutions by building the return on investment case for our clients to use.
